Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at super pool sand spas! At super pool sand spas, we hope you are happy and satisfied with your purchase.
We will accept returns of unopened/unused items within 15 days of delivery. We do not accept returns after the 30-day period. All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for the return shipping rate. Special orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Standard Return Policy
There are a few important points to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from us at super pool sand spas.
- The returned item is within 30 days of purchase.
- Items purchased with a discount are still eligible for return and refund.
- The returned item has its valid corresponding receipt when you contact us at super pool sand spas for a refund.
- The customer must cover the shipping costs when returning the item.
- All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee

Orders are shipped from Canada
We cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement for any item shipped to you in error or damaged in transit. Please contact us for any defective items. Any defective item will follow the manufacturer's warranty.
If you wish to return an item, please use the online Returns Center to submit a return request.
Once approved, you will receive an authorization number (RMA number) and a return label.
A return will not be accepted without a return authorization.
All returns must be shipped and postmarked within 30 days of receipt of the item. Any returns shipped after 30 days may not be eligible for a refund.
Unwanted items (no longer needed, ordered in the wrong size, etc.) returned through no fault of super pool sand spas may have the return shipping cost and 20% of the order deducted from the refund.
Please return the item to us in its original packaging and condition with all parts.
All items must be returned in the condition they were received.

We may test any returned product for defects upon arrival. If it is found to be working properly and the nature of the return has been misrepresented, we will not issue a refund.
If the item cannot be repackaged and sold, no refund will be offered. The buyer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to have the item returned to them if necessary.
We do not accept returns for the following items:
- Perishable items
- Hazardous materials such as paint, cleaning products or other chemicals.
- Hazardous materials such as all pool or spa chemicals.
- Items damaged or modified by the customer.
- Electronic components (Spa pacs, boards, radiators, topsides) that have been installed and used.
All electronic components we sell are factory tested before shipping.
Please note that all electronic components must be installed by a qualified technician .
Many require proper programming and/or wire setup to function properly.
Any damage to components due to improper installation will not be accepted.
Refunds and refunds (if applicable) of products are made within 7 days of delivery of the return to our warehouse.
All electronic devices will be tested and if defective, a refund will be issued within 15 days of return.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us, we try to answer all questions within 24 hours during our regular business hours.
We are not responsible for any unforeseen errors, all of which will be refunded upon customer's request.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please take several photos of the item, preferably still in the container it was shipped in, and attach it to our email along with the order number and receipt. Once we receive your claim, we will assess the damage and contact you to determine the outcome.
Limitation of Liability: We limit all liability to the purchase price of the items purchased. Any claims must be addressed directly with the item manufacturers or third-party shippers.
Any damage must be reported within 2 days of receiving the product. We require a picture from all angles and of each label. 7 photos according to UPS
We are not responsible for any damage, injury or use of the products we sell, especially chemicals .
When to Expect Reimbursement
Once the item has been mailed back, please allow us 7 days at the super pool sand spas to receive the items, after which we will process the return and initiate the refund. Once the refund is processed, we will then process the refund via your preferred method.
